As a part of this assessment process, we conduct system studies, interview key stake holders, talk to business & end-users. This will give us fair idea on Current Mode of Operations (CMO).
Based on our expertise and our knowledgeable panel along with our partners, we start working on Future Mode of Operations (FMO). Upon getting concurrence from all key stake holders we execute the same. As part of this exercise we suggest various Transition and Transformation activities.
